Our 15-day money-back guarantee, explained in plain words.
We want you to be happy with Accessilo. If it isn’t right for you, you can get a full refund for any reason within 15 days of your purchase. No questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email us at [email protected] from the address used for the purchase and include your order number. You don’t need to give a reason.
When you’ll receive it
We process refunds within 14 days of your request, usually much sooner. The money is returned to your original payment method (PayPal or card).
What happens to your licence
Once the refund is issued, the licence key is deactivated and automatic updates and support for that licence end.
Renewals and discounts
This guarantee applies to the first purchase of each licence. Annual renewals can be refunded if requested within 15 days of the renewal payment. Discounted purchases (including launch codes) are refunded for the amount actually paid.
