Accessibility statement

We build accessibility tools, so we hold this website to the same standard we ask of our customers. This statement describes how accessible accessilo.com is today and how to tell us when something doesn't work for you.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA on every page of accessilo.com.

What we do

  • Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure and landmarks.
  • Colours chosen and checked for sufficient contrast.
  • Every function usable by keyboard, with a clearly visible focus outline and a “skip to content” link.
  • Text alternatives for all meaningful images, including product screenshots.
  • Respect for reduced-motion settings.
  • The Accessilo menu on every page, so you can adjust text, colours and reading aids to your needs. Open it with the button in the corner or with Alt+A.

How we test

We check our pages with the Accessilo scanner and by navigating them with the keyboard only. Automatic checks find only part of the possible issues, so we review content manually when we publish it and we welcome your feedback.

Known limitations

  • The checkout and the customer account area are provided by our e-commerce platform (SureCart). We’ve configured them carefully, but parts of their interface are outside our direct control.
  • Product screenshots show the plugin’s interface as an image. They are described with alternative text and the same information is available as text on each page.

Feedback

If you find a barrier on this website, or need any content in another format, please tell us through the contact form. We’ll reply within five working days and fix what we can as soon as possible.
